The colour is pale straw with green tinges. Distinctive aromas of melon and apricot dominate the nose. A clean
fruit driven wine followed by a crisp finish, suggesting the potential for bottle development. Great with Seafood.
ROSÉ
Chambourcin
(slightly sweet)
Berry-blush colour with a distinctive yet subdued blackcurrant and strawberry nose. The palate is soft and succulent
with just a hint of berry zest, making it all too drinkable! Serve well chilled for that Picnic or B.B.Q., especially
suited to any Asian dish. The ideal wine for our climate.
BELLAROSA

This wine has been made using premium Chambourcin grapes. Soft-bodied with delicious spicy berry fruit, it is
best served chilled. Great for barbecues or just for the hell of it!
LATE HARVEST
Semillon

White gold and honey blend with allspice and floral nose. Semi-sweet, spicy with a clean, crisp finish. A harmony
of mouth watering full flavoured fruit, makes this a wine to be enjoyed now by both sweet and dry wine consumers
alike. Try this wine with spicy Indian cuisine.

Purple-Ruby colour. Old oak with a 'plums in port' fruity nose and our unique regional light front palate. Delicious
and spicy with subtle chewy tannins it is drinkable now, but those with patience and a cellar will be amply
rewarded in the mid-term.
SIR WALTER'S SECRET RALEIGH PORTS
Dessert style ports in red and in white, each unique and mouth-watering. Terrific in winter and equally
delicious served chilled in summer.

is far superior to anything else available being hand-made using only the best and freshest ingredients. Available
